Customers can request exchange of an item within 14 days upon receiving.
The product is eligible for exchange in the following cases:
- an item has a production defect (faulty details, cracks, inability to function properly);
- an item is damaged during shipment;
- an item differs from the one ordered on the website (wrong color, shape)
All of the cases involve necessary contact with customer support within stated terms to provide photo and/or video proof of an issue for further resolution.
Faulty item is exchanged without the need of returning it back to the sender.
Customers can request a refund under the same conditions that require exchange.
Refund and order cancellation can be requested within 24 hours after the initial order by putting a request through website contact form or directly to Customer Support [email protected].
Refund can not be requested after receiving shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Time frames of compensation vary depending on the banking system, 3-10 business days as per usual but not necessarily.
